This is how it goes:
1st Offence: 24 Hour Ban
2nd Offence: 3 Day Ban
3rd Offence: 1 Month Ban
4th Offence: Account Deletion (or 2 Month Ban MUST be agreed with Admin and Moderators)

Admin Banning Power:
Complete Control

Moderator Banning Power:
1-30 Days allowed (Moderators can ban users for more than 30 days but must get permission from the Admin)
